After accessing the "Online Form", you will find a dedicated field for uploading photos. Please send at least 3 clear photos, taken in natural light, for an accurate diagnosis.
What platform is used for video consultations?
We standardly use Google Meet or WhatsApp Video. You will receive instructions and the connection link via email immediately after booking.
Will I receive a medical prescription after the online consult?
Yes, following any type of online consultation (written or video), you will receive a valid electronic medical prescription (PDF) and detailed treatment recommendations.
Can I pay by card for the online consultation?
